Personalisation

The personalisation of our labels is available on our website and in all our boutiques and corners.

Our products

- Small pot: 8 cm diameter, 8 cm high

- Standard pot: 10 cm diameter, 10 cm high

- Large pot: 14 cm diameter, 14 cm high

- Extra large pot: 18 cm diameter, 18 cm height

- XXL size pot: 24 cm diameter, 24 cm height

Small: approx. 300g

Standard: approx. 700g

Large: between 1.5kg and 2.3kg

Very large: from 5 to 5.5kg

XXL: From 7 to 7.5kg

My order

By Charlot promo codes are eligible on our website and in shop. They are not eligible in the corner or at a retailer.

To use your discount code, simply enter it in the dedicated box when you validate your basket.

Once your order has been validated and prepared, you can no longer modify it. In the event of a problem, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail (hello@bycharlot.com) to find a solution.

It may have slipped into your spam folder. If not, you can refer to your customer area where you will find all your orders:

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a note or contact you to schedule a new delivery.

In the event of a delivery problem or delay, you will find the tracking number for your order in the order confirmation email or directly in your customer account.

If the parcel is displayed as ‘Delivered’ on the carrier's website but you have not received it, please contact our customer service by email at help@bycharlot.com.

No invoice is included in our parcels. If you are looking for your invoice, you will find it in your customer area:

Don't forget to include your order number.

Our plants are carefully packaged so that they travel with complete peace of mind. Our plants can remain in their packaging for up to 2/3 days. Once received, you need to remove the packaging, protective film and tissue paper to allow your plant to breathe.

Delivery

By Charlot delivers your orders throughout the European Union. Delivery in mainland France is free for orders over €150.

For all orders (except XXL plants):

D+1 delivery: This service offers express delivery in 24 hours for all orders placed the day before 12 noon from Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend are delivered on Tuesday.

Delivery on a chosen date: This service allows you to choose a delivery date within 15 days of the date of your order. The order is dispatched the day before the requested delivery date, and you will receive a notification from the carrier.

For XXL plants :

D+2 delivery: This service delivers within 24-48 hours for all orders placed before 12 noon from Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered by Wednesday at the latest.

Returns & refunds

You may cancel your order at any time by writing to us by e-mail until your plant has been delivered to our carrier. We will then refund your order in full, including delivery costs.

If your plant is in the process of being delivered or has already been delivered, we will unfortunately not be able to refund or exchange it.

For all products such as accessories, herbariums and fragrances, you have the standard right of withdrawal, i.e. 14 working days. The product must be returned to the following address

in the same condition as it was sent, i.e. new and undamaged.

Maintenance

Each variety needs different care. To help you look after yours, please refer to the care instructions on each product page.

Light :

Light is essential to the well-being of all our plants, which also have a hard time tolerating shady areas. Place them in a bright room, avoiding direct sunlight. In winter, keep them away from radiators. In spring and summer, they will appreciate a natural fertiliser.

The right watering :

The frequency of watering depends on a number of factors (species, season, temperature...), but above all our plants fear excess water. Water them in small doses and allow the soil to dry out thoroughly before watering again.

Clean your pot with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Leave to dry in the open air. Maintenance is by hand only: do not put in the dishwasher. Beware of knocks, as metal can be prone to scratches.

By Charlot plant guarantee

If, despite all the care taken with your plant, its condition deteriorates within 30 days of receipt, contact us at help@bycharlot.com and send us a photo to exercise your By Charlot guarantee. We will send you a ‘refill’ plant. You will need to empty your current pot and insert the refill sent.
